Emerging Irish IVD company HiberGene Diagnostics has just CE marked HG Meningococcus, a molecular diagnostic test for bacterial meningitis that can detect Neisseria meningitidis in cerebrospinal fluid, whole blood and via a nasopharyngeal swab in less than one hour.
