Occlusion device company AGA Medical Holdings netted $88.3mm in its initial public offering of 6.5mm shares at $14.50. Both the number of shares and price were below what AGA announced earlier this month--8.5mm shares between $19-21. Selling stockholders have also offered 7.2mm shares in the IPO.
