Executive Summary
OmniGuide (CO2 laser scalpels used to treat head and neck cancer, remove airway papillomas, and restore hearing) has raised $25mm through the closing of its Series E venture round. New investor Psilos Group led the financing and was joined by prior backers Stata Venture Partners, 3i, Argonaut Ventures, ESI, Gainesborough Investments, Westbury Partners, and individual investors Ray Stata and Jeff Swartz. Thomas Weisel was the placement agent.
