The firms announced an agreement Aug. 25 to integrate devices for diagnosing cardiac arrhythmias. Hansen Medical's Sensei X CoHesion 3-D visualization module will work in concert with St. Jude Medical's EnSite Velocity cardiac mapping system to "enhance the physician's ability to both visualize and position catheters in difficult-to-reach anatomical locations and maintain stability through interventional procedures," Hansen said.
