Executive Summary
Sinochem Group, a Chinese state-owned industrial conglomerate has agreed to establish a 50:50 global anti-infectives joint venture with Royal DSM, a Dutch life sciences and materials multinational. As part of the deal, Sinochem will pay DSM €210 million, on a cash and debt-free basis, for the 50% equity interest in the Dutch company's anti-Infectives franchise.
