Management of newly acquired Rorer will include: Chairman, CEO and President Robert Cawthorn; Randy Thurman, exec VP and group president of the businesses in the U.S., Canada, Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Central America, Armour Pharmaceuticals, worldwide manufacturing and materials management; Jean-Jacques Bertrand, exec VP and group president of operations in Europe, Africa, South America, Near and Middle East and the Far East outside Japan and Korea; James Tretter, PhD, senior VP and president, Rhone-Poulenc Rorer Central Research; Patrick Langlois, senior VP and chief financial officer; John Bartlett, senior VP, general counsel and secretary; Gilles Brisson, senior VP-corporate development; Steven Baumgartner, senior VP-human resources and public affairs; and James Yahres, director of investor relations.
