Turkey's medical device retailers are up in arms over a recent government accord permitting the country's pharmacies to supply over 100 reimbursable medtech products to consumers and move in on the turf of these specialist medtech dealers. The latter is seeking legal action to overturn this agreement, although the outlook does not look optimistic.
