Medtronic Ethics Chief Stresses Staff Awareness, Clear Guidelines
Tom Schumacher, Medtronic’s global chief ethics and compliance officer, has focused on staff buy-in and setting specific overseas standards in setting up the multination firms complex compliance network. Schumacher, who’s been with Medtronic since 2007, spoke to Medtech Insight after winning the 2017 PwC Award for Leadership in the Advancement of Ethics in the Medical Device Industry earlier this month.
