France’s Advanced Accelerator Applications (AAA) has made its second purchase of the year, agreeing to buy GE Healthcare’s Italian FDG-PET imaging agent business for an undisclosed fee. The deal includes the license to market GE Healthcare’s SteriPET imaging agent in Italy and, according to AAA, reinforces its position as “one of the leading companies in the PET market in Italy.”
