GenomeQuest hires Gerry Higgins as healthcare innovation officer

Dr Gerry Higgins has joined GenomeQuest as healthcare innovation officer. In this role, Dr Higgins will work closely with clinicians and GenomeQuest's partners to apply the company's technology to the development of whole genome and multi-gene diagnostics for the medical community. Dr Higgins' most recent work was as lead author of a report from the National Institutes of Health, and he previously served as vice-president for Roche.
