Today sees the launch of the Scottish government's reviews of its 14 NHS health boards and related bodies. The focus of this year's reviews is the delivery of Scotland's healthcare development programme, the Quality Strategy. Starting with the National Waiting Times Centre, the meetings will run until 8 November. NHS Quality Improvement Scotland – sister to the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) in England and Wales – will take the stand on 28 September.
