DMS Industries (Switzerland) has changed its name to Swissray International following the acquisition of SR-Medical, a Swiss manufacturer of X-ray equipment sold under the Swissray label and to OEM partners. In payment, Swissray will issue up to 10 million shares to stockholders of SR-Medical. Swissray International expects sales to rise to more than $17 million in 1995 from $9 million last year, chairman Ulrich Ernst says.
