CompuMed (US) sets up telemedicine venture with Aerotel

CompuMed (US) has set up a new business venture with Israeli medical device and telecommunications company Aerotel and its US agent, J M & Associates, aimed at developing the cardiac telemedicine market. CompuMed is to gain the US marketing rights to Aerotel's ambulatory cardiac monitoring products which have been cleared by the FDA as medical devices. It will also receive computer software and technical support from Aerotel. J M & Associates will receive 400,000 CompuMed shares as well as warrants to purchase up to 150,000 further shares.
