Executive Summary
CompuMed (US) has set up a new business venture with Israeli medical device and telecommunications company Aerotel and its US agent, J M & Associates, aimed at developing the cardiac telemedicine market. CompuMed is to gain the US marketing rights to Aerotel's ambulatory cardiac monitoring products which have been cleared by the FDA as medical devices.
