Elbit requests shareholder approval for split into three companies

Elbit, an Israeli company quoted on the US Nasdaq, will submit a proposal to its shareholders on November 6th to split into three different companies. All of Elbit's healthcare products will be managed by Elbit Medical Imaging (EMI). Defence-related, communication and other businesses will be divided between Elbit Systems (ESL) and Elbit.
