The Finisterre Fund has acquired the dental implant business "Steri-Oss" from US company Bausch & Lomb for an undisclosed price. Senior management at Steri-Oss will also participate in the purchase. Based in Yorba Linda, California, Steri-Oss was acquired by Bausch & Lomb in 1993. The Finisterre Fund in New York is a private equity firm investing exclusively in high-growth segments of the healthcare industry.
