Owen Mumford USA and Gainor Medical have reached an out of court settlement over their long-running dispute concerning the companies' safety lancets. The patent infringement case initiated by Owen Mumford has been dropped and Gainor will pay a licence fee on each Owen Mumford Carelet lancet sold, including past sales.
