Dade International and Behring Diagnostics set to merge

Dade International and Behring Diagnostics, two of the top ten diagnostics companies, are to combine in an equity swap to create the world's largest independent clinical chemistry company. Dade will be the senior partner in the new business to be called Dade Behring.
