BPMC (Biomedical Patent Management Corporation) and Kaiser reach a settlement in alleged patent infringement case - for now

Biomedical Patent Management Corp (BPMC) and Kaiser Permanente have reached a settlement of sorts in BPMC's suit against Kaiser for alleged patent infringement. However, this may not be the end of the story - BPMC has stated that it will continue to pursue other infringers and it is possible that Kaiser may be indirectly involved if BPMC re-files its suit against the Californian Department of Health Services (DHS).
