Executive Summary
The Nijmegen-based Nichols Institute Diagnostics is launching a chemiluminescence assay to quantitatively measure ACTH in human plasma. The test assay uses a mouse monoclonal antibody labelled with acridinium ester for detection and goat polyclonal antibody coupled to biotin. The amount of bound labelled antibody is directly proportional to the concentration of ACTH in the sample.
