Dianon Systems has formally withdrawn its bid for UroCor. Dianon made its unsolicited offer for the Oklahoma City-based urology diagnostics company in August. At that time, the offer of $7.50 a share, which valued the company at around $80 million, was firmly rejected by UroCor.
