Sulzer Medica's cardiac rhythm management division, Sulzer Intermedics, has released its ThinLine II endocardial pacing leads in Europe and Canada. Swiss-based Sulzer claims the product is the smallest silicon-insulated bipolar lead available. It has an ultra-thin lead body provides a greater degree of radiopacity than the original ThinLine and offers superior electrical performance.
