Dennis Kozlowski, the chairman and chief executive officer of Tyco International, has rejected an offer to run Raytheon, one of the largest defence contractors in the US. The Wall Street Journal reported that Mr Kozlowski was happy to continue running his rapidly expanding conglomerate which snapped up 28 companies last year including Sherwood Davis & Geck.
