Executive Summary
UK cardiology and eyecare company Biocompatibles has just finished the first part of its three-point plan to reconstruct the company after its buffeting at the hands of investors. The three parts have names redolent of the five-year plans of Chairman Mao Tse-Tung. Biocompatibles has finished the year-long "Steadying the Ship" and is moving into "Building Marketing Presence", which lasts until next year. After that, from mid-2000 onwards, comes "Unlocking Value".
