LifeCell, a US developer of tissue regeneration and cell preservation products, has named its president and CEO, Paul Thomas, chairman. In addition, Fenel Eloi has been appointed senior vice-president and chief financial officer and Patrick Bergstedt vice-president of marketing and business development. Mr Eloi joins from Genome Therapeutics and Mr Bergstedt from Centeon, a joint venture between Hoechst and Rhone-Poulenc.
