Israeli company Labor Control Systems (LCS) has developed a product for real-time monitoring of the birth process which eliminates the need for frequent manual vaginal examinations. The product, combined with current electronic foetal and maternal monitoring, provides a "full-electronic labour-monitoring solution", LCS says.
