Data Critical and Cardiac Science form deal:

Data Critical is to provide Cardiac Science with AlarmView, its wireless alarm notification technology, to use with Cardiac's automatic external defibrillators in an exclusive agreement. Irvine, California-based Cardiac Science will use the technology in its first commercial product, the Powerheart hospital bedside defibrillator-monitor. Bothell, Washington-based Data Critical's system features a hand-held receiver that allows nurses remote access to alarm data. The system pages the caregiver and provides patient location and alarm information within 10 seconds of a patient event, the company says.
