FIZ Technology of Frankfurt, Germany, has created a database detailing developments in the medical devices sector. Primarily directed at engineers, but also useful to others interested in the field, the database displays information gathered from professional journals, conference and research reports, books and dissertations. It is available in both German and English at a price of DM2,800 ($1,202) for the full length CD ROM version, or DM6 + VAT per abstract on-line.
