Executive Summary

Dr Ira Lon Morgan is retiring as chairman and treasurer of International Isotopes. Dr Morgan, a founder of the US radiopharmaceutical and radioisotope manufacturer, will be succeeded as chairman by William Nicholson, a director of the company. Dr Morgan will continue as head of the company's imaging division and will continue as a director. In addition, Dr David Camp, the company's new CEO, has been appointed to the board.
