Roche Diagnostics Japan's president Haruhiko Hirate has said that he wants the company to grow in that country to become the top external reagent supplier within two years. He said that the company plans expansion of its genomics and proteomics reagents. The company says that it will also boost its sales and marketing and look for opportunities in mergers and acquisitions in Japan, according to Japan Chemical Week.
