Debiotech forms enteral pump deal with Tyco:

Tyco Healthcare has acquired worldwide exclusive rights to manufacture and market an enteral pump system and related disposable cassette from Debiotech, a privately held Swiss company. Debiotech CEO, Frederic Neftel, said of the long-term agreement: "Tyco is, with no doubt, in the best position to market and sell the products which have been conceived in the field of enteral nutrition."
