Integra LifeSciences has acquired all the outstanding shares of GMS, a German manufacturer of the LICOX brain tissue oxygen monitor, for $2.3 million in cash. GMS had turnover last year of $1.2 million, primarily in Germany. Integra previously distributed the LICOX product in the US and other territories.
