The UK High Court has thrown out a claim by McGhan Medical, the breast implant manufacturing division of Inamed, against a rival manufacturer and distributor. McGhan Medical's UK company attempted to block the manufacture and sale of silicone prostheses whose outer surface is roughened in order to minimise hard tissue deposition.
