Abbott Laboratories is facing four further lawsuits from women who claim that false positive results from the B-hCG, or human chorionic gonadatropin, pregnancy test kit on Abbott's AxSYM platform, led to unnecessary cancer treatments, including chemotherapy and a hysterectomy.
