Stephanie Burns has been appointed executive vice-president of Dow Corning of Midland, Michigan. Richard Hazleton, who left active management on Dec 31 2000, will continue as chairman of the board until his retirement in March 2001. The company also names three senior vice-presidents: John Churchfield; Richard Hoover; Jere Marciniak; and three new corporate vice-presidents: Chris Bowyer; John Rothbaar; and Alex Royez.
