Executive Summary

German company biolitec's acquisition of UK-based QuantaNova in April 2002 has meant that the company's turnover for the year ending June 30 2002, at E18.3m ($18.1m) was similar that of 2001. biolitec, which manufactures products for photodynamic therapy, was forced to substantially restructure because of the purchase which resulted in an overall loss of E2.06m, the company says.
