Cryo-Cell (Clearwater, Florida) has announced an executive reshuffle following the resignation of founder, chairman and CEO Daniel Richard, who has left to concentrate solely on his responsibilities as chairman of Cryo-Cell spin off company Stem Cell Preservation Technologies. John Hargiss, who most recently served as president and COO, will assume the position of CEO and Mercedes Walton, who has over 26 years of corporate experience, will become chairman of the board.
