After a period of reflection, e-health solutions provider CyberCare (Boynton Beach, Florida) has emerged with a new strategic plan, which it says will be finalised and in place by mid-June. In spite of a string of successes since June 2001, including commercialisation of its baseline internet technology, Electronic HouseCall, sales and marketing efforts need to improve further, says CEO Joe Forte.
