Executive Summary
A new testing and certification organisation has been formally named under the mutual recognition agreement (MRA) between Switzerland and the EU. SATRA Quality Assurance (UK) has been listed as authorised to test male condoms in class IIb to the requirements of Annex IV (EC Verification) under the MRA. The listing was made in the Official Journal of the European Union on December 12 2003. The MRA between the EU and Switzerland came into force on June 1 2002.
