Urology, gynaecology and general surgery applications company Circon has assumed the name of its subsidiary, ACMI (American Cystoscope Makers Inc). All business of the Framingham, Massachusetts company will be consolidated under the century-old name of ACMI, a company acquired in 1986 primarily for its sales force. CEO Greg Barrett said the rebranding under the flagship name was part of a group refocusing.
