Bio-Vascular's Synovis Interventional Solutions subsidiary has signed a non-binding letter of intent to buy private company Emtech's stock. Lino Lakes, Minnesota-based Emtech's capabilities include injection moulding, computer numerical control machine building and tool building. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
