Quinton Cardiology Systems, of Bothell, Washington, is to sell its haemodynamic monitoring product line to Camtronics (Hartland, Wisconsin), a subsidiary of Analogic, under a four-year alliance. Camtronics will pay Quinton $1.75m in the first year, and further payments of up to $1.5m based on sales to ex-Quinton customers over four years.
