The new team will be chaired by Pyrosequencing's Jeff Bork, who will continue to serve in his current role as chairman and CEO. Hans Johansson, who currently serves as president at PC, will become president and COO, whilst Mats-Olof Wallin and Marten Winge will continue their responsibilities as CFO and vice-president of marketing, respectively. Scott Carr, who currently serves as head of PC's US sales company, will become president of the merged US subsidiaries, and Jon-Sverre Schanche, who currently serves as vice-president of R&D at PC, will continue to serve in this capacity at the new company. The merger is expected to be completed after Pyrosequencing's AGM on September 25.
