Baxter Healthcare has appointed Anne-Toni Rodgers, to the new post of director, government affairs and public policy in the UK. Ms Rodgers, who is currently corporate affairs director of the UK's National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE), will take up her new post in November. "Anne-Toni has been involved in every major development since NICE was formed and has made an outstanding contribution to the work of the Institute," Andrew Dillon, chief executive of NICE, said today (August 29 2003), following the announcement.
