Bioject Medical Technologies, the Bedminster, New Jersey-based developer of needle-free drug delivery systems, is to provide an unnamed pharmaceutical company with its needle-free drug vial adapters for a drug currently on the market. The FDA-cleared product enables users to access medication vials and fill up syringes without needing to use sharp filling needles. The vial adapter is designed to fit all standard syringes and fits on a drug vial with a 13mm neck. Bioject expects this product to generate annual revenues of $250,000-300,000.
