Irvine, California-based Endocare has named Terrence Noonan as lead director of the board of directors, succeeding Ronald Matricaria, who will shortly be resigning to concentrate on other business interests. Mr Noonan first joined the cryosurgical technology firm's board in September 2003, and prior to that, served on the board's audit and nominating and governance committees. He will continue to serve in both capacities, and will become chairman of the nominating and governance committee following this latest appointment.
