Smith & Nephew hands Jerry Goodman newly-created role

Smith & Nephew has appointed Jerry Goodman to the newly-created position of president of health care systems. In this role, Mr Goodman will be responsible for building and sustaining relationships with hospital systems, GPOs, key accounts, surgery centre development companies and government-associated contracting. Mr Goodman originally joined S&N in 2001 as vice-president of US sales for the firm’s endoscopy business unit. Since then he has held senior commercial roles at the company, including general management. Before joining London, UK-based S&N, Mr Goodman worked in various senior sales and corporate accounts positions at US Surgical.
