This article was originally published in Clinica

Executive Summary

CTI Molecular Imaging and General Electric (GE) have finally resolved their ongoing litigation involving former GE staff who are now employed by CTI and/or its subsidiary PETNET Solutions. GE initiated two civil litigation cases in September and November 2002 against former employees Lawrence Kessler, Thomas Hook and Joe Sardan to prevent them from potentially leaking confidential GE information to their current employer, CTI. According to CTI of Knoxville, Tennessee, sufficient safeguards have now been implemented to prevent this from taking placing. CTI will incur no charges in connection with this settlement.
