IMI International Medical Innovations, the Toronto, Canada-based maker of the PREVU skin sterol test to predict heart disease, is to change its name to PreMD in September. President and CEO Dr Brent Norton said the new name better reflected the company's focus on predictive medicine. The company has a pipeline of non-invasive cancer detection tests.
