Executive Summary

Lubeck, Germany-based Drager Medical is closing manufacturing sites in Danvers, Massachusetts and Hatboro, Pennsylvania. It will move the Danvers manufacturing of patient monitoring and information systems and Hatboro perinatal care production to its facility in Telford, Pennsylvania. The transfer of the Danvers operations will be completed by August 15 2005, and that of Hatboro by the end of January 2006.
