Korean firm Seegene has launched a multiplex-formatted diagnostic test capable of detecting the most common viral and bacterial infections in a single reaction tube. The Seeplex 18-plex respiratory test is said to be the only diagnostic capable of simultaneously detecting 18 of the most prevalent respiratory infections.
